California Drug Rehb Centers & Drug Detox

It is not unusual when going out to “hot” L.A. night-clubs, to witness people taking and offering drugs. I have witnessed many girls taking bumps of coke in the bathroom. The ubiquity of drugs is unreal and sadly I saw my own best friend get sucked into “Hollyweird” and end up with a drug addiction. As a friend I was not sure what level of action I should take in ensuring that she receive help and get healthy. I began looking at drug rehab centers comparing what services they offered to patients. I found a few California drug rehab centers that appeared to be reputable. Still I was very nervous about bringing it up to my friend. Whenever I mentioned her drug problem in the past she would just get irritated and say that I was or exaggerating or lie to saying she never does it that it was just a onetime thing. I wanted her to get help but I did not want it to ruin our friendship. In the end I came to the realization that her health and safety was more important than her liking me. I contacted her boyfriend of three years and asked him if he would help me. He said that he too was concerned and had already researched about drug detox and other drug rehab centers. So we agreed to get my friend help and as of today she is 2 years sober.
